Our goal was to create a job visit system where professional candidates could apply for various real projects at Deutsche Telekom, where they became associates for 1 or 2 weeks and became members of the team performing the task.

And the candidates' work was approved by real project managers, often senior executives of Deutsche Telekom, within the application.

One person could participate in several programs, and if his ratings were high enough, he would get a real job offer from the company.

  • Is the solution likely to be web-based? mobile? embedded?
  • How will privacy be addressed?
  • Will user data be used for personalization?
  • What other industries, verticals, or products could we learn from?


After the application went live on Android and IOS the feedbacks that we have gathered from the users was more than satisfying for the management, and the company started to use this application as their main recruitment platform for anybody who wanted to apply on an internship at Deutsche Telekom.
